Andy Dick has addressed recent photographic evidence showing him in distress outside a Hollywood building. The comedian, known for "The Andy Dick Show," spoke to TMZ on December 10th, with two companions present during the interview.

Dick's Account of the Incident

Asserting his well-being, Dick, 59, told the cameraman, "Doesn't it look like I'm 100% fine? A hundred and 10 percent." He explained that on December 9th, he encountered an individual of a similar age on the sidewalk. According to Dick, after sitting with this person, the man "whipped out" some "crack." Dick admitted to curiosity about the substance and a casual willingness to partake, stating, "I wanted to see what he was doing. And also, I don't mind doing a little crack every now and then."

Narcan and Official Response

A friend positioned to Dick's right, who identified himself as livestreaming the event, informed the cameraman that he had gone to retrieve Narcan, a medication used to reverse opioid overdoses.

The Los Angeles Fire Department, which was reportedly contacted, stated that they are unable to confirm identities or disclose any protected information without a patient's written consent.

Dick's Representative's Statement

Trevor Simms, a representative for Dick, assured  that his client "is fine and encourages everyone see his new film 'T Bird' streaming now on major platforms."
